Enchanted Evening Skies
The peaceful starry skies over Shenandoah National Park along Skyline Drive in Virginia. In the fall of 2024, Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS was visible just after sunset. This gave an incredible opportunity to photograph the sunset, the comet, and the milky way all in one single photo. The backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains draped by this remarkable sky is truly one of my favorite photographs from the area.
